When you are applying for a position with JATO you are taken through a rigorous but streamlined recruitment process which eliminates unnecessary steps for both the candidate and the Recruiting Manager.
The process may vary slightly, depending on the role you have applied for, but will usually be:

- Telephone screening interview
- For some roles only – online tests
- A minimum of two interviews
