We sincerely hope that our customers and their loved ones remain safe and well. The scope and breadth of the global pandemic is still unfolding, and the long-term impacts are not yet known.

In these uncertain times, I wanted to reach out and let you know that we remain dedicated to providing the highest level of service to you, our valued customers. We remain operational in all 51 countries without compromising the health or safety of our team members. JATO technology and infrastructure investments have allowed us to be fully operational from home and be on hand to provide any support that you may need.

On a personal note, I joined JATO as CEO just a few weeks ago as shelter-in-place restrictions rolled across Europe and North America. The resilience and dedication of our team to serve their clients has been truly inspiring to me. This is why I can say, with the utmost confidence, that as we come out of this pandemic we will continue to deliver the quality of service that you have come to expect from JATO over the last 35 years.
