Why should I sign up? 

Members of the JATO research panel can get a range of rewards:

Each project is different but some examples of activities you could get involved in are:  

• Talk to us on a video call or in-person 
• Show us how you use different products (whether from JATO or not) 
• Test out new prototypes  
• Surveys  
• Workplace visits 

What will I be asked to do?

When you sign up, we will ask you some questions about you. We will use this information to make sure we only email you about projects that are relevant to you.  

Our emails will include all the information about the research so you can decide if you want to take part. Your participation is always optional, and you can leave the user research panel at any time by emailing userresearch@jato.com.  

Who can join the JATO User Research Panel?

Anyone can sign up, whether you use JATO products or not. When you sign up, answer the questions as accurately as possible so we can email you about the most relevant projects for you.
