Over four decades, he has grown the business from a boutique research operation into a leading provider of global automotive market intelligence, spanning more than fifty countries.
Today, as Chairman & CEO, Jake is leading JATO's transformation into a globally accessible, SaaS and AI-first business, embedding AI technologies at its core. That shift is built on the same principle that has always driven him: rigorous, quality-led data and a relentless focus on the value and benefit it delivers for clients.

Christine Buxton
Director, Organisational Effectiveness
Christine joined JATO in 1997 as Head of Human Resources, going on to lead International Operations across three divisions and fifteen markets. Since 2007, she has served as Director, Organisational Effectiveness, driving the business change agenda alongside the CEO.
Christine leads JATO's "One JATO" initiative, embedding the cultural and behavioural shifts that support the company's transformation, while continuing to oversee Human Resources and Learning & Development.

Giovanni Pioli
Global Strategic Business Development Director
Giovanni leads JATO's Strategic Business Development, focused on driving growth in India and China, two of JATO's priority markets. He also serves as executive liaison to JATO's global strategic partners, including S&P Global Mobility, leading the identification and onboarding of new partnerships.
Giovanni joined JATO in 1990, building deep commercial relationships across Italy before expanding his remit across EMEA. He has held several senior roles at JATO, including Vice President of Sales for Europe, and joined the executive board of JATO as Director for Europe in 2014.

Nick Treston
Chief Financial Officer
Nick is an experienced finance executive with a track record of leading international financial management in SaaS and data-driven businesses. He has partnered with private equity investors, CEOs and leadership teams to drive business performance and operational rigour.
Prior to joining JATO, Nick held CFO roles at Activpayroll, a global payroll services provider operating in circa 80 countries, and Mobysoft, a fast-growing predictive analytics technology business

Dean Miles
Head of Automotive
Dean joined JATO as Head of Automotive in 2025, from Amazon Smart Vehicles, where he led Product and Business Management across the ASV portfolio, including Marketing.
Previously, as Vice President of the Automotive Business Unit within Harman's Connected Services, Dean led a global team spanning Technical Sales, Marketing and Sales, delivering $1B+ in yearly bookings across services, software products and managed cloud solutions. He also held the role of Senior Vice President and GM, Automotive Business Unit at Symphony Teleca, with full P&L responsibility for the division.
Dean holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kingston University and a Master's in Product Design from Loughborough University.

Paul is Head of Retail at JATO Dynamics, where he leads the global retail strategy, working with dealerships, marketplaces, OEMs and technology partners to help them unlock greater value from automotive data. His focus is on helping the industry improve digital retail experiences, make smarter decisions and drive growth through trusted vehicle data, APIs and emerging AI technologies.
Paul joined JATO in 2022, leading the development of digital retail solutions for dealers. Prior to JATO, he spent over 15 years in the automotive industry, delivering digital and e-commerce solutions for OEMs, NSCs and retailers.

Helen Fisk
Head of Leasing
With more than 25 years' experience in leasing, mobility and financial services, Helen leads JATO's Leasing & Professional Services business, helping organisations across leasing, insurance, investment and academia make better decisions through data-driven intelligence and market insight.
At ALD Automotive, Helen led the Consultancy team before serving as Head of Product Innovation and Strategy for eight years, with responsibility for the full product portfolio and delivery of new products and services. Her expertise in digital transformation and product innovation is reflected in her achievements, including a digital used-vehicle finance platform for a leading High Street bank, and a dealer broker platform that transformed the customer journey, enabling intermediaries to quote, propose and onboard customers digitally.

Andy is JATO's Chief Information Officer, leading the company's global technology organisation across engineering, data, cybersecurity, operations and digital transformation. Since joining in 2016, he has driven JATO's cloud-first strategy, modernised its technology platforms and accelerated innovation through AI, automation and data-driven solutions.
