Global automotive expert

    Felipe is recognised as an expert in the automotive industry and has a deep understanding of the sector and a keen interest in electric vehicles, car models and other key trends. Often appearing in print and broadcast media, he has provided specialist commentary to The Economist, The Financial Times, Bloomberg and others. He is also an automotive influencer with over 20,000 followers on LinkedIn and 151,000 on Instagram.

    Felipe joined JATO in 2015, working as a global automotive analyst and to support our PR. He manages our podcast and webinar series, which cover current automotive trends and include discussions with leaders from major OEMs, such as Polestar. He also produces a monthly overview of European vehicle registrations and trends.

    Before joining JATO, Felipe worked for Fiat Chrystler and Alfa Romeo, where he was responsible for quantitative and qualitative digital analysis for a range of vehicles, and supported websites, new product launches, and management.

    Felipe holds a master’s in business management and finance. He has also studied transportation design and car design at the Instituto Europeo di Design.
