Silvia Delsanto

Silvia is our Head of Data Science. She leads her team in extracting automotive insights from big data, and on the development of machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities in areas such as the digital ingestion of data sources through natural language processing techniques.

Global automotive expert

Based in Italy, Silvia is a senior researcher who leads our data science team. Together with her team, she is responsible for the development of our cutting-edge research techniques, ensuring we find insights in automotive data. This includes inferential/predictive models, artificial intelligence, data mining techniques, and supporting statistical analyses.

Silvia has expertise in computer vision, machine learning and statistical analyses. Her team has also been providing many contributions within the digital ingest area, applying artificial intelligence and large language models, helping process large volumes of data to produce useful insights for JATO customers.

Silvia holds a PhD in biomedical engineering and has a Master of Science in information technology.
